Shalom believes that the key to successful aging is to embrace the individual as a whole. We strive to work collaboratively with the individual and their family members. Shalom provides the highest level of safe, quality care by trained health personnel. Your needs are met in a timely safe and caring manner.

Our facilities include private rooms, a clean and home like environment, a low resident to staff ratio, care is supervised by registered and licensed practical nurses, long term care and respite care are provided. Services provided are for elder care, physical disabilities, dementia, intermediate care, physical therapy, speech therapy, transportation services, occupational therapy and offer activities and meals.

Services are provided 24 Hours a Day/7 Days a Week.
